Musicians Wanted
Do you love music and working with kids? Key Mobile Music is looking to hire passionate musicians to help kids discover the thrill of playing an instrument.
Key Mobile Music is accepting applications from mature individuals to provide music instruction in students' homes (and possibly online) in Edmonton. We need musicians for guitar, piano, violin, voice, and more! Set your own schedule with this part-time contract position.
What we offer
We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay, teaching support, and a fully-functioning office that takes care of the administrative side of teaching. We let you focus on what you do best -- teaching -- and in return we ask for an unwavering commitment to teaching excellence and helping our students succeed in music. Please be aware that it may take some time to build a student base for each teacher.
Teaching Requirements
- Must be proficient in playing at least one instrument.
- Experience teaching music is an asset, but not required. We will train the right individuals.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Have at least one hour of evening or weekend time available for teaching.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read music.
- Must have access to a vehicle.
